Nawal Return Policy

• Please inspect and try on the items immediately upon delivery while the shipping courier is waiting outside the building.
• If you do not wish to keep the items, you can hand them back directly to the shipping courier.
• Partial returns are not permitted. If you decide to return your order, all items must be returned together; you cannot return some items and keep others.
• In the event that you receive incorrect or damaged products, they can be returned immediately to the courier while they are waiting outside, and we will cover the shipping fees.
• Items are strictly non-refundable once they have been received, paid for, and the courier has left the premises.

سياسة الإسترجاع في نَوَال

‏‎يرجى التحقق من القطع وتجربتها مرة واحدة عند استلامها أثناء انتظار مندوب الشحن امام المبني.

‏‎إذا كنتي لا تريدين القطع فيمكنك إعادتها إلى مندوب شركة الشحن.
لا يوجد تحصيل جزئي للطلب اذا قررتي ارجاع القطع يكون ارجاع لجميع القطع ليس لقطعة و الاحتفاظ بأخري.

‏‎ في حالة استلام أي منتجات خاطئة أو تالفة يمكن إرجاع المنتج فورًا إلى مندوب شركة الشحن خلال انتظاره امام المبني وسيتم دفع رسوم الشحن من جانبنا.

‏‎العناصر غير قابلة للاسترداد بمجرد استلامها ودفع ثمنها و مغادرة المندوب المبني.
